New Raiders (Football) Headquarters and Intermountain Healthcare Performance Center in Henderson, NV
The Las Vegas Raiders Headquarters and Intermountain Healthcare Performance Center includes a three-story, 135,000-square-foot office area, along with a 150,000-square-foot field house that will house one-and-a-half indoor football fields. There are three outdoor football fields and a 50,000-square-foot performance center.
The excavation dirt that was dug out for the new Las Vegas Raiders football stadium was used as the foundation or fill material to elevate the Union Village project.

MGM Resorts International is Extending Hotel Operations
MGM Resorts International is extending hotel operations at three Strip properties as travel demand begins to accelerate. Mandalay Bay, Park MGM and Mirage are set to operate 24-7 starting March 3 after going months without midweek hotel bookings, MGM President and CEO Bill Hornbuckle said the move is an “important step” for the company, which is starting to see signs that ‘Robust’ demand on the horizon”,

6-buildings planned
SunCap Property Group and Diamond Realty Investments plan to team up on an industrial park in North Las Vegas called SunPoint West. Two real estate firms have teamed up on a 39-acre warehouse complex in North Las Vegas. Developer SunCap Property Group and project partner Diamond Realty Investments announced plans Tuesday for an industrial park called SunPoint West. Plans call for the six-building complex to span 730,000 square feet.
$400M UnCommons Complex Starts to Rise in Southwest Las Vegas
Two years after developers unveiled plans for UnCommons, the $400 million Las Vegas project is coming out of the ground. Work crews are building parking garages and forming the slabs for two office buildings, the walls of which should be visible in about six weeks. The mixed-use development calls for office space, retail and apartments on 40 acres at Durango Drive and the 215 Beltway. The first phase is slated to open in early 2022.
